City seeks private housing for war displaced persons
Report now and help
The city of Bocholt asks citizens of Bocholt to provide housing for people displaced by war from Ukraine. Currently, there is an increased need for accommodation.
Lockable housing units are ideal in order to provide privacy for people seeking help who have fled the war zone. The city administration looks at incoming offers and agrees with the private providers which people could be accommodated there.
Private housing offers are accepted by Yvette Rathai of the city's subsidiary EWIBO by phone 02871 21765-293 or e-mail yrathai(at)ewibo(dot)de.
The city of Bocholt is delighted with the great willingness of many Bocholt residents to help and would like to express its sincere thanks. In addition to the legally regulated support services, civic engagement is an important pillar in the support of people displaced by the war.
