3 December: "Tomorrow brings the Christmas cockerel"
by the Hille Puppille Puppet Theatre
The hens Gertrud, Linda, Juanita, Heather, the twins Babsi and Susi, and the rooster Serge just can't seem to get to sleep. Outside, there's cleaning and scrubbing going on; the farmers are decorating the whole farmyard and singing Christmas carols, Babsi and Susi are singing along constantly, and the glow of the fairy lights reaches right into the furthest corner of the henhouse. So the chickens decide to celebrate Christmas themselves. They clean and decorate the barn, make presents, look after the newly hatched chicks, argue and make up. When they're finally done, there's a knock at the door. Standing at the door is a shivering, freezing goose, begging for shelter. "What an impertinence. You don't knock on Christmas!" Or do you? Of course, the chickens solve the problem in a wonderfully human way.

15 February: "Goodness me - a weather witch is on the rampage"
by the Marmelock Puppet Theatre
A turbulent weather fairy tale - loosely based on Frau Holle. With all the north winds, summer thunderstorms and winter gales! Get your umbrellas out and wrap up warm! The weather witch will conjure up downpours, lightning, storms and thunder for you. Constantly interrupted by the cheeky raven Emil, the spirited weather witch knows how to tell thrilling horror tales. Like the favourite fairy tale of the little raven, a tale of snow that ends with a violent thunderstorm. We meet the old cloud woman, who is well versed in the art of making snow. And we see two young women travelling through the time tunnel into the old lady's enchanted realm.
The cast includes two very different stepsisters: Marie and Marie-Luise, an imposing rooster, a humorous cloud, a strict mother, a hot oven, a gnarled tree, a rather cheeky raven - and the spirited weather witch.
