Franzis Deing and Lisanne Dienberg

Hello, we are Lisanne Dienberg and Franzis Deing. We have been working together since August 2026 as neighbourhood workers in Giethorst/North-East, carrying out outreach social work.

You'll find us on the edge of the neighbourhood at Münsterstr. 23a.

Our work is just as colourful and varied as the people and life here in the neighbourhood. That's what we love so much about our job.

Together with the local residents and various stakeholders here, our aim is to shape the neighbourhood as a community.

Of course, we're always ready to listen to your wishes, concerns or problems.

We regularly organise a range of activities, such as communal breakfasts or the Queer get-together, group singing or sports, holiday games or outdoor activities on the green space.

Everyone is welcome to contribute ideas and suggestions, and anyone can take part with no fuss.

If you're facing personal problems or difficulties, we can offer advice, support or refer you to the appropriate service at short notice. We also assist with dealing with the authorities and help you navigate the "bureaucratic jungle%$.
