Here you will find an overview of the development plans and the land utilisation plan (FNP) of the city of Bocholt. Click on individual plan sections for more detailed information. You can display the land use plan and previous changes to the land use plan using the corresponding layer (select via layer list - centre symbol top right). As it will take some time before the new drawing of the land use plan can be displayed here as a layer, you will already find a PDF file of the new version under this section.

The information provided is for general information purposes only and may not be used as an official planning basis, e.g. for the submission of a building application. Originals of the legally binding development plans and their amendments can be viewed at the main administration site of the City of Bocholt, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 52-58, Urban Planning Division.
