The City of Bocholt, Department of Property and Land Management and the District of Borken, Department of Geoinformation and Real Estate Cadastre, provide access to the real estate cadastre, provide information and produce extracts.
The real estate register is the only complete register in which all parcels of land and buildings are described and depicted, taking into account their location, use and size. Furthermore, the owners and those with heritable building rights as well as the results of the land valuation are documented in the real estate register.

Official cadastral map
The official cadastral map is a map to scale on which various properties are shown with their district, parcel and plot, as well as their location (address).
The land parcel and ownership certificate contains information on the data stored in the real estate cadastre, as well as details of owners and/or owners with hereditary building rights for each land parcel
The owner, a person with rights equivalent to real property, a person with a legitimate interest or a person authorised by the owner can apply for the certificate.

You also have the option of requesting the plans by e-mail from the city of Bocholt. To do this, please send an e-mail to katasterauskunft(at)bocholt(dot)de. Your e-mail should contain the following information:

Postal invoice address

You can apply to the City of Bocholt by e-mail for parcel and ownership certificates. The owner, a person with rights equivalent to real property, someone with a legitimate interest or a person authorised by the owner and/or the owner can apply for the parcel and ownership certificate. To do so, please send an email to katasterauskunft(at)bocholt(dot)de. Your e-mail should contain the following information:

Signed authorisation from the owner and/or the owner, if applicable
