Restrictions on Vardingholter Straße from 18 May

Sewer construction work shortly before Barlo // Two-week closure for motor vehicle traffic from 18 May // Cycle path connection remains in place

Due to necessary work on the municipal sewer network, Vardingholter Straße will be temporarily closed just before Barlo from 18 May 2026. The two-week construction measure will affect the section of road at the junction with Große Allee at GrenzLandeis.

A diversion route will not be signposted separately for this measure. The civil engineering works will not cause any obstacles for cycle traffic. The cycle path connection to and from Barlo will remain passable during the entire construction period. The city of Bocholt asks all affected residents and road users for their understanding for the temporary restrictions in road traffic.
