On Monday, August 1, Monika Harmeling celebrates 40 years of service with the city of Bocholt. The Bocholt resident has been part of the city administration team since 1982.
The Bocholt native has been part of the city administration team since 1982. She initially trained with the city as an office assistant and eventually worked in the registry office. In 1992, she moved to the accounting department of the building administration.
In the following years, Monika Harmeling also worked in the central clerical service and for the personnel division. Since 2020, she has been working for trade affairs in claims management. She takes care of issuing donation receipts, answers citizens' questions on tax topics and also helps out with information on deferrals.
Monika Harmeling is always friendly and in a good mood, she is open and collegial.
Her colleagues particularly appreciate her reliability, her commitment and her friendliness - also and especially when talking to citizens.
