A well-stocked picnic box with selected regional products awaits you at the hotel - perfect for your cycle tours. Our first picnic tour takes you along scenic and signposted paths to the north of Bocholt. Here you can discover a buffalo farm, cheese dairies, farm cafés or a charming medieval town and many cosy picnic spots along the way. On the other side of the border, our Dutch neighbours also have plenty of lovely picnic spots for a relaxing break. You cycle almost unnoticed across the "Green Border" back towards Bocholt. You should definitely make a stop at the Slütter farm shop!

Another picnic tour takes you through wooded areas and along the Bocholter Aa cycle path in the eastern part of the city. How about a short boat trip on the bathing lake? The 100 castles route takes you back to Bocholt. There are plenty of benches along the route for a culinary break.

An absolute highlight on the third day is a visit to the impressive LWL Museum Textilwerk in the heart of the new kubaai cultural quarter or how about a visit to our colourful Bocholt weekly market, which takes place four times a week in front of the historic town hall and on Gasthausplatz?
