Information evening for all couples, parents, individuals or cohabiting couples who would like to know more about taking in an adoptive or foster child. Perhaps you have already asked yourself whether there is room in your family for another child whom you would like to give a new home. Or you are thinking about becoming a family and need information on how to take in an adoptive or foster child. On this evening, a member of staff from the specialist adoption service and foster child welfare organisation Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen Bocholt e.V (SKF) will answer your questions. You will find out more about the prerequisites and preparation methods. The legal background and the special experiences of the children for whom a new home is being sought will also be discussed. The special form of the "Westphalian foster family" will also be presented.
