Monique Buss & Lisa Nachtigall

Hello, we are Monique and Lisa and have been working together as neighbourhood workers in Giethorst/Nord-Ost in outreach social work since April 2025.

You can find us on the edge of the neighbourhood at Münsterstr. 23a.

Our work is as colourful and diverse as the people and life here in the neighbourhood. That's what we like so much about our work.

Together with the people and various stakeholders here, our aim is to shape the neighbourhood together.

Of course, we always have an open ear for requests, concerns or problems.

Various activities take place regularly, such as the joint breakfast or the queer regulars' table, singing together or sports, holiday games or activities outside on the green space.

Everyone is welcome to contribute ideas and suggestions, and anyone can take part without any complications.

If there are personal problems or difficulties, we can provide short-term advice, support or refer you to a suitable organisation. We also provide support when dealing with the authorities and help in the "bureaucratic jungle".
