Recycling centre closes early on Friday

Shortened opening hours on 20 September// Closed in the afternoon from 2 pm

The Bocholt recycling centre on Schaffeldstraße will exceptionally close at 2 p.m. next Friday, 20 September, for operational reasons. The Bocholt waste disposal and service company (ESB) would like to point this out.

ESB provides leaf bins

Bins can be collected or delivered from 18 September // Emptying at two-week intervals

With the first cooler days, the autumn colours begin to change and the leaves start to fall. In autumn, the available volume of organic waste bins is soon no longer sufficient to get rid of the leaves, especially for large trees. The waste disposal and service company (ESB) will therefore be offering leaf bins again from the end of September.

Waste advisor accepts expired medicines

Information stand on Tuesday, 3 September, from 9-12 am on St. Georg-Platz

Expired, overstocked and unused medicines can be handed in at the information stand on St. Georgs-Platz in Bocholt on Tuesday, 3 September 2024. The waste consultant from the waste disposal and service company, Petra Tacke, will be there from 9:00 to 12:00 to provide information on the correct disposal of expired medicines and their packaging.

Big crowd at children's flea market
