New trainees at ESB

Maya Heger, Jonas Heuvel and Yannik Hundt recently joined the team at Entsorgungs- und Servicebetrieb Bocholt (ESB). They are starting their training as gardeners specializing in gardening and landscaping and are working in the area of green space maintenance.

"Training capable and motivated junior staff is a very important issue for the ESB," explains ESB head Heinz Welberg. That's why training at the ESB, in addition to theory, is varied and practical. In the area of green space maintenance, for example, green roofs are designed, tree planting campaigns are carried out, insect hotels are set up or wildflower meadows are created.
