Be part of the 1st Bocholt Night p/b Ostermann - cycling in the middle of the city centre!
On 09.08.25, the RC77 will transform Bocholt's old town into an exciting racing arena - and you can be right in the middle of it, whether as a rider, spectator or supporter! The 1st Bocholt Night p/b Ostermann brings cycling at the highest level right into the heart of our city centre. An evening full of action, emotion and a real racing atmosphere awaits you!
The programme - something for all ages:
17:00 - Children's race (ages 2015-2018)
This is where our young riders take off: Two laps of pure riding fun for children aged between 7 and 10 - in safe conditions, of course, and with plenty of applause from the spectator stands.
"First step" race (born 2019-2021)
The little ones set off on a short lap with great enthusiasm. The focus here is not on placing, but on the first feeling of racing and the fun of taking part.
17:30 - Licence race for pupils U15
Young talents from the region and beyond compete over 20 fast laps (24 km). Here you can see how young cyclists fight for every metre.
18:15 - Hobby race for adults (aged 18 and over)
Are you an amateur athlete and fancy a real race in a unique setting? Then secure your starting place! You can compete with like-minded people over 30 laps (36 km) - through the centre of the old town, past cheering spectators.
19:15 - Rider presentation on the stage
Now it's getting personal: the evening's pros are introduced. Experience the stars of the scene up close - with background information, interviews and a real foretaste of the grand finale.
19:45 - Start of the pro race (50 laps | 60 km)
This is where speed meets tactics: look forward to a high-calibre field with top riders from all over Germany. 60 kilometres on a challenging city circuit - thrilling cycling at top level guaranteed!

The 1st Bocholt Night is more than just a race. You can expect an all-round atmospheric event with a DJ, stage and completely closed-off route. The historic backdrop of Bocholt's old town provides a very special flair - whether you're on your bike or enjoying the spectacle at the side of the track.
Bring your family, friends and acquaintances - the atmosphere, catering and entertainment will be provided. Cycling you can touch, experience and cheer on - you've never experienced Bocholt like this before!
