2. this promotion is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but Immobilien- und Standortgemeinschaft Altstadt Bocholt e.V. c/o Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Stadtmarketing Gesellschaft Bocholt mbH & Co. KG.

15. if a participant violates these conditions of participation or provides incorrect information, the organiser may exclude him/her from participation without having to give reasons.

17. should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, inadmissible or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The invalid, inadmissible or unenforceable clause shall be replaced by provisions whose effects come as close as possible to the economic objective. Any rights arising from the legal relationship on which these conditions of participation are based are not transferable to third parties by the participant. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
