Swedish for beginners

If you are thinking about learning Swedish, you can take part in a taster course online at the adult education centre next weekend and then decide whether you want to delve deeper into the Nordic language.

On Saturday and Sunday from 10-11.30 a.m., two short lessons will be held for those interested in Swedish, led by lecturer Anna Böttger. Böttger will give participants a clear and interactive introduction to the Swedish language. Anyone who decides to go deeper can attend the weekly course, which starts on Tuesday, 13 February. No previous knowledge is necessary - everyone is welcome, or as they say in Sweden: "Ett varmt välkomnande!"
