Stroll, browse, enjoy - and be rewarded for it! From 11 to 13 September 2025, shopping in Bocholt city centre will become a competition: simply hand in your receipt and secure the chance to get the amount back as a Bocholt voucher (note: valid until 31 January 2026).

Whether from your favourite shop, hairdresser or café - your purchase supports Bocholt city centre and could - with a bit of luck - bring you double the joy.

How it works

Send us a mobile phone photo or a copy of the receipt / proof of purchase with the date of purchase 11 September 2025 to 13 September 2025 from a shop, service or catering establishment within the Bocholt city centre ring road by e-mail to

Please include your name, address and telephone number in the email.
Keep the original purchase receipt in a safe place! The voucher will only be issued on presentation of the original receipt and your identity card or driving licence.
By participating, you confirm that you have reached the age of 18.
Closing date is Saturday, 13 September 2025, 23:59. The winners will be notified in writing by e-mail or phone call by Stadtmarketing Bocholt.

Conditions of participation

The cashback campaign is organised by Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Stadtmarketing Gesellschaft Bocholt mbH & Co. KG is organising the cashback campaign. You can win individual cashback payments in the form of Bocholt vouchers with a limited validity until 31 January 2026 and a total value of 10,000 euros. The amount of the prize depends on the amount of purchases made by the randomly selected winners on the promotion days.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Participants can be any natural person over the age of 18. Employees of Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Stadtmarketing Gesellschaft Bocholt mbH & Co. KG and their family members.

Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Stadtmarketing Gesellschaft Bocholt mbH & Co. KG reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for good cause or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. Good cause exists, for example, in cases of abuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation. Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Stadtmarketing Gesellschaft Bocholt mbH & Co. KG reserves the right to cancel the competition in its entirety; after it has begun, however, only for an important, objective reason.
The competition will take place in the period from 11 September 2025 0:00 to 13 September 2025 23:59.
The subject of the competition is the purchase receipts sent by e-mail to gewinnspiel(at)bocholt-stadtmarketing(dot)de, which will be selected at random with the possibility that the sender will win the same amount as a Bocholt voucher, which is valid until 31 January 2026. The name, address and telephone number must be stated in the e-mail. There is no guarantee of winning. Mails sent anonymously will not be considered.
Each proof of purchase may only be sent in once. Multiple entries will result in exclusion from the competition.
By participating in the competition, participants accept the conditions of participation and data protection guidelines.
The random selection of the winners will take place in calendar week 38 in 2025.
The winners will be notified by email or phone call by City Marketing.
The Bocholt vouchers can be collected from the city marketing office, Osterstraße 23, 46397 Bocholt, during opening hours until 2 October 2025.
Payment other than in Bocholt vouchers (e.g. in cash) is not possible. It is also not possible to pay out more than the gross amount shown on the existing till receipt. The maximum amount that can be won per purchase cashback as a Bocholt voucher is 1,000 euros gross.
The organiser is not liable for the availability of the website including the conditions of participation. The organiser is also not liable for any transmission or text errors. The organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to carry out the competition properly for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in the software and hardware) or legal reasons.
Data protection information: The organiser processes personal data only for the purposes of this competition on the basis of the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1a EU GDPR.
In the event of a win, by participating in the competition you automatically agree to the publication of your name.
Legal recourse is excluded.
