Muslims start Ahmadiyya Charity Walk in Bocholt

Meet - Run - Help

Majlis Ansarullah, the men's organisation of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat KdöR (AMJ), has been organising charity walks since 2013 under the motto "Run, Meet and Help". With this project, we try to break down mutual prejudices and create a space for encounters through a joint sporting activity. With the support of city representatives and authorities, our members are realising this initiative with great success. To date, we have donated over €1 million to more than 150 local organisations and clubs throughout Germany.

In addition, the AMJ and Majlis Ansarullah have for many years been involved in projects and activities that promote social interaction and generate aid for humanitarian and social causes. These include the annual nationwide New Year's Eve rubbish clean-ups, tree planting, visits to retirement homes, interfaith dialogues, women's breakfasts, open mosque days, blood donation campaigns, sporting events and much more. With around 55,000 members, the AMJ is one of the largest communities among organised Muslims in Germany, which has been the first Islamic corporation under public law since 2013 and is therefore legally equal to Christian churches.

We are looking forward to organising our 9th Ahmadiyya Charity Bocholt on Sunday, 14.09.2025 at 14:00 on the Festwiese am Aasee, Im Königsesch, 46395 Bochlt.
