St. Nicholas comes to the cemetery district

The association "Life in old age" (L-i-A) invites on Tuesday, December 6, from 17-19 clock to the joint Christmas singing at the fountain in Dortmunder Straße.

A Christmas tree is set up and decorated with ornaments made by the children of the daycare centers "Blumenwiese" and St. Paul. As a reward, Santa Claus will come to the neighborhood on this day and bring small surprises. All neighbors, parents and children as well as interested members of the public are invited. "We would be pleased about a numerous participation and want to let the evening then comfortably with a warm drink end", so Jörg Geuting and Agnes Wellkamp of L-i-A.

The action was planned and initiated together with the citizens during the second neighborhood workshop, reports Jörg Geuting of L-i-A. The campaign is coordinated, implemented and financially supported by the association "Leben im Alter", the city of Bocholt, the Bocholter Heimbau eG, the LEG, the Gildhuis bakery and the Azurit Group "Wohnen mit Service am Stadtwald".
