Waste collection postponed on public holidays

The dates of the garbage collection shift on the upcoming Christmas holidays. The waste disposal and service company of the city of Bocholt (ESB) draws attention to this.

Since most of the Christmas holidays this year are on weekends, there will be only minor shifts. There will be no garbage collection on Boxing Day, December 26. As a result, the collection of yellow bags in districts F to J/Z and paper garbage cans P to T/Z, as well as the emptying of residual waste garbage cans in districts 1 to 5, will be postponed by one day in each case. The waste containers must generally be made available at the street by 6:00 a.m. on the day of collection.

The ESB recycling center on Schaffeldstraße will be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Saturday.

Outside of the holidays, the regular opening hours apply:

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday to Friday: 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
