Bike tour with guide

Guided cycle tours are a wonderful way to explore the region and learn more about its history, culture and beautiful landscape.

The tours take you into the western Münsterland and across the border into the Dutch Achterhoek. A local guide provides interesting information and stories about the border town of Bocholt.

The tours with your own bike start either at the car park of the sports club TSV Bocholt. Here, participants are given an insight into the history of Bocholt and the development of the textile town.

From there, the route leads along paved cycle paths and quiet lanes, past meadows, fields, farms and churches that reflect the picturesque landscape of the Münsterland.

After crossing the "green border", the Dutch border region of Achterhoek is explored on the typical " Fietspaden".
After a break, the group sets off on the return journey.

Wearing a cycle helmet is recommended. You should bring your own drinks and snacks.
Due to the limited number of participants, prior registration is required for the guided bike tours with a guide. Participation at your own risk. The tour will not take place if there is an official storm warning.
