From 11 to 13 August, the bathing bay at the Aasee in Bocholt will once again be transformed into a festival site. Here, all visitors can spend time with family or friends at one of the most beautiful places in Bocholt, listen to music, linger, celebrate, have fun, play and simply have a good time.

Various food trucks from the Netherlands will cater for the physical well-being, where visitors can feast to their hearts' content. For sweet treats, not only for the little guests, there will be a confectionery stand and a poffertjes van. Drinks and cocktail stands will cater for all thirsty guests in what will hopefully be bright sunshine at the festival. Restaurateur Philip Traber will be catering for guests in his beach café Ottilie, which will round off the offer with its usual selection of food and drinks.

Children's play area

And the children will not be neglected on the festival days: on the three days of the event, a large children's play area with various playground equipment will be set up at the bathing bay. The children can play here free of charge while their parents sit in the deckchairs and cushions provided with a cold drink or two and enjoy the music. In addition to bouncy castles, football darts and air hockey, children can also climb in the pirate climbing park and bounce on the bungee trampoline.

On Friday evening, all visitors can look forward to a relaxed evening with chilled-out electro music from the DJ team Brainstorm.

On Saturday, it's party and celebration time: in the afternoon from 3 pm, the Trashdrum Trupp, led by Sascha Pöpping, will take over the stage with 15 young drummers and will create a complex rhythm from the various beats of the individual drums, inviting you to groove along.

The Radio WMW Party starts at 6 pm. DJ Wacho and the band "Live and Famous" will create a party atmosphere.

On Sunday, DJ Max Hünting will spoil all guests with cool beats from 10 a.m. onwards at a joint family or friends' breakfast - pack your picnic basket and start the day.

At 4:30 pm, Stefan Paßerschroer, who has swing in his blood, will perform Frank Sinatra world hits.

With the fantastic live music of Django Flint, the Aasee Festival comes to its musical conclusion from 5 pm.
