Light Sunday is an open Sunday on 5 November from 1 to 6 p.m. in Bocholt's city centre.

Large candle images create a cosy atmosphere

As last year, large candle pictures will be lit up on several squares in the city centre to create a cosy atmosphere.

At central locations in Bocholt's city centre (Markt, Nordstraße, St.-Georg-Platz, Ostermarkt, Liebfrauenplatz, Neutorplatz in front of the Stadtsparkasse, Neutorplatz in the Rondell, Shopping Arkaden), the various candle images will be set up to create a special atmosphere in the city centre.

Fire bowls and baking bread with pan flute music

In addition to the candle pictures, fire bowls will be set up at the market, where the scouts of the VCP NodAn tribe will offer stick bread baking. An Indian group will play pan flute music and once again provide a goosebump feeling.

Free parking

Free parking is available in all car parks, multi-storey car parks and underground garages. A free special transport service will be provided by StadtBus Bocholt GmbH at the usual timetable intervals on all city and TaxiBus routes, including those in the outer districts.
