David Bowie is one of the most influential and important singers of the past five decades. On his more than 25 albums, he shaped the course of pop music like few others. His unerring sense for trends made him one of the most versatile and at the same time most successful artists ever.
Always recognisable by his distinctive voice, the charismatic Brit poached casually in the most diverse genres and was able to rock just as convincingly as he interpreted ballads with feeling. But Bowie caused a sensation not only with his music. With unusual costumes, various musical alter egos and elaborate live shows, he created a cosmos that is still fascinating today.
ZIGGY - The Bowie Tribute Show wants to bow musically to this absolutely exceptional artist and finally bring his music back to the stages of this world.
The absolute centre of the show is singer and entertainer Donovan Noesser (known from "The Voice Of Germany", among others). With his energetic and rousing way of performing, his inimitable stage presence and his three-octave voice, he brings David Bowie to life anew every evening. Sometimes rocking as "Rebel, Rebel", cool on "Let's Dance" or fragile like in "Lazarus" -
Donovan Noesser's voice contains all these characters with their ups and downs, because even the best show can never replace one thing: An excellent singer!
