Music School Festival
Open-air event in Isselburg
Following the Bocholt Isselburg Music School's festival, which took place on Neutorplatz in Bocholt in 2025, this year's event is being organised by the Isselburg branch.
On Saturday, 27 June 2026, on the grounds of the Isselschule at Drengfurter Straße 13-15 in 46419 Isselburg, around 300 children and young people from Isselburg and Bocholt will be performing in orchestras and ensembles, rocking the school playground on two stages.
From 11 am, the following will be performing: the band "Crash out", a percussion ensemble; the plucked-string orchestra "Vielsaitig", a guitar ensemble; the Youth String Orchestra; the Concert Strings; the Mini Winds with the Mikro Winds; the Wind Ensemble, the "Isselbläser", the Bocholt and Isselburg Youth Wind Orchestras, as well as children from the Early Music Education programme and the Jekits programme. A mobile play centre will provide extra fun. Refreshments will be available
