Notarisation of a birth (German parents)

Have you become parents? Congratulations!

You have the option of using the service via Bocholt Hospital.

You can also register in person.

We will then need the following documents from you:

• Birth announcement with the signatures of both parents

• identity cards

• Marriage certificate (for married parents)

• Birth certificates and, if applicable, acknowledgement of paternity/declaration of custody (for unmarried parents)
