Traffic: Bottleneck in front of Ostwall Terraces

From Wednesday, June 15, the construction site on the Stadtring in the Ostwall area will shift. The previously closed lane in the direction of Theodor-Heuss-Ring will then be reopened. The construction site will then move to the opposite side of the city ring road, in front of the Ostwall Terraces, with the result that one lane will be closed in the direction of Nordstrasse. The construction work will last several weeks.

Access to Friedrich-Wilhelm-Strasse is still possible. Pedestrians can continue to use the traffic lights at the Augustastraße junction. Detour signs for bicycle and pedestrian traffic will be posted. The bus stop of line 61 (Westfalenbus) will not be served for the duration of the measure.
