Renovation work: Section of Theodor-Heuss-Ring will be closed for five days

From 5 May to 10 May 2025, renovation work will take place on two outer lanes of the Theodor-Heuss-Ring. The affected section will be closed during this period. Car and public transport will be diverted.
The outer two lanes on Theodor-Heuss-Ring will be closed in the section between Bismarckstraße and the junction on Münsterstraße. The closure will also affect one lane section of Münsterstraße from the junction out of town to the junction with Bismarckstraße.
A diversion via Industriestraße and Uhlandstraße will be signposted.
The closure will have the following effects on scheduled services:
R51, R52, S75 and 752: The stops Am Kreuzberg, Christuskirche, Theodor-Heuss-Ring and Ostwall will be cancelled.
X80, 731, 755: Diversion via Uhlandstraße, Ebertstraße, Meckenemstraße and Nordwall.
C2: Out of town: diversion via Industriestraße, continue via Münsterstraße to Heutingsweg. The bus stops from Westfälische Hochschule are only served in the city centre.
C3: Out of town: diversion via Industriestraße, the regular route will be resumed from Hochfeldstraße. Inbound: Regular route between Hochfeldstraße and Bustreff.
C11, C13: Out of town the buses will travel through Schanze, into town via the western ring road.
