Ostwall: Work on the next construction phase begins

Next week, work will begin on the next construction phase on Bocholt's Ostwall. A central island will be built at the junction with Augustastraße. According to the city of Bocholt, the inner lanes will be closed for the work, and the ring road will remain a single lane at this point.

The right-hand lanes on each side of the road remain free for traffic. However, access from Augustastraße is still not possible, according to the city of Bocholt.

After completion of this construction phase and the installation of the traffic lights, the area from Augustastraße will be connected to the ring road and opened to traffic.
