Qualification as a company care guide
Course from 5-7 September in Bocholt // Registration for free certification now open
The need for care often catches relatives unprepared. To ensure that the compatibility of care and work can be implemented in companies in the best possible way, a qualification as a company care guide will be offered in Bocholt from 5-7 September 2022. The care guides provide support in organising all important matters such as care and support.
Initiative for reconciling care and work
The company care guide is a qualified contact person in the company who supports colleagues with their knowledge on the subject of care.
In Germany, 4.1 million people currently receive nursing care. Reconciling work and care is therefore particularly important, especially in view of demographic change and an ageing society.
How do you become a company care guide and what are the tasks?
The prerequisite is participation in a qualification programme to become a company care guide. The content of the qualification programme includes providing information on local support options and explaining the legal regulations, services and options offered by the employer. In addition, the guide is intended to help create sustainable care arrangements to reconcile professional tasks and caring responsibilities.
The qualification programme comprises a total of 22 teaching units and begins with an online introductory event, followed by two full-day face-to-face events. A subsequent refresher course (online) offers the opportunity for the care guides to exchange experiences and discuss cases with each other.
