Orientation on the way to university

After school, off to university: Anyone who has questions about this can ask them at the university advisory day, which will take place on Tuesday, 21 March, from 9-12 am. Experts from various educational institutions will be on hand to answer questions from upper school students from Bocholt's grammar schools, the comprehensive schools in Bocholt and Rhede and the local vocational colleges. Participation in the online event is free of charge.

Student advisors, university lecturers and students from 21 providers from a wide range of disciplines explain degree programmes and their framework conditions in 99 advisory rounds. Individual questions can be asked and experiences can be exchanged.

VHS staff member Rabea Seelig and Jennifer Engels, head of the "JUNGE UNI" facility, are pleased about the great popularity: "In addition to schools, we also receive many enquiries from pupils and parents who would like to take advantage of the offer and are pleased about the amount of information in such a short time." The digital format offers these opportunities, as it is easy to participate from home or even remotely.
