"KulturPass" for young adults
200 euros for everyone celebrating their 18th birthday this year // Interesting offers also in Bocholt
Young people who turn 18 this year can register for the "KulturPass" and receive a 200 euro budget from the day of their birthday, which they can use for cultural events. With this budget, they can pay for offers from participating cultural providers, such as concert tickets, theatre visits, books, cinema visits and much more.
The "KulturPass" is an initiative of the German Bundestag, together with the Minister of State for Culture and Media, Claudia Roth and the Federal Minister of Finance, Christian Lindner. The aim of the campaign is to get young people excited about local culture and to support local cultural providers. The desired offers can be searched for and reserved via the app.
In Bocholt, too, there are many great cultural offers that can be used by young adults. On the homepage of the city of Bocholt at www.bocholt.de/kulturpass, interested parties can get an overview of which providers in Bocholt participate in the "KulturPass". Other providers not yet listed there can contact the municipal cultural administration on tel. 02871 2522-23 or e-mail emma.heckers(at)bocholt(dot)de.
