Negotiate with confidence: Well prepared for negotiations

On 8 September, an online seminar on "Gut vorbereitet ins Verhandlungsgespräch" will take place for interested women. Registration is only possible online.

Occasionally, the desire for more flexible working hours, more home office, a higher salary or new projects comes to the fore. At the same time, the thought of a negotiation meeting often triggers nervousness and excitement, combined with uncertainty as to how one's own ideas can be successfully realised.

The presentation "Negotiate with confidence" shows how to define individual negotiation goals, which topics are part of the preparation and how arguments can be presented calmly and without nervousness. The speaker, Katharina Schnell, is the founder of FrauErfolg, a human resources manager and negotiation coach. In her interactive presentation, she will use case studies from her training sessions and numerous negotiation meetings to explain how you can achieve your goals in professional negotiations.
