Amendment of the development plan 7-N2, Elsenpass

The documents relating to the amendment of the development plan are available for inspection by anyone during the display hours.

Announcement of the City of Bocholt

on the initiation of the 17th amendment of the development plan 7-N2 in the area of Elsenpass 2 and 4 as a development plan for internal development in the accelerated procedure pursuant to § 13a of the Building Code with correction of the land-use plan

and the intended early information of the public in this context.

On 23 March 2022, the Committee for Planning, Construction and Transport, having taken note of the justification, resolved to initiate the 17th amendment of the development plan 7-N2 in the area of Elsenpass 2 and 4 as a development plan for internal development in the accelerated procedure pursuant to Section 13a of the Building Code with correction of the land use plan with the following urban development objectives:
- Creation of residential development areas
- Expansion of the provision of day-care facilities for children
- Consideration of the existing green structures

The resolution of the Committee for Planning, Building and Transport is hereby made public.

Furthermore, in accordance with § 13a para. 3 of the German Building Code (BauGB), it is announced that the development plan will be prepared in accordance with § 13a of the German Building Code (BauGB) in an accelerated procedure without conducting an environmental assessment pursuant to § 2 para. 4 of the German Building Code (BauGB).

Pursuant to § 13a para. 3 BauGB, the public is given the opportunity from 20.01.2023 up to and including 22.02.2023 to inform themselves about the general objectives and purposes as well as the material effects of the planning and to comment on the planning at the City of Bocholt in the Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 52-58, 46395 Bocholt during the display hours.

In due course, a further public participation, the public display according to § 13a para. 2 in conjunction with §§ 13 para. 2 and 3 BauGB, will also be carried out after announcement in the Bocholter Borkener Volksblatt. During the public display, you can also check whether your concerns have been sufficiently taken into account and, if necessary, submit a (further) statement.
