Amendment of the development plan 2-4, 3rd amendment Öwerhook

The documents relating to the amendment of the development plan are available for inspection by anyone during the display hours.

Announcement of the City of Bocholt

on the initiation of the 3rd amendment of the development plan 2-4 for the area of the property Öwerhook 58 (Biemenhorst district, plot 5, plot 767) in the accelerated procedure according to § 13a of the German Building Code (BauGB)

and the intended early public participation in this context.

On 07.12.2022, the Committee for Planning, Building and Transport, having taken note of the justification, decided to initiate the 3rd amendment of the development plan 2-4 for the area of the property Öwerhook 58 (district of Biemenhorst, plot 5, plot 767) in the accelerated procedure pursuant to § 13a of the Building Code (BauGB) with the following urban development objectives:
- Extension of the existing building window in a southerly direction to adapt the existing binding urban land use plan to the owner's building request.

The resolution of the Committee for Planning, Building and Transport is hereby made public.

Furthermore, it is announced in accordance with § 13a para. 3 BauGB that the development plan is being prepared in accordance with § 13a BauGB in an accelerated procedure without conducting an environmental assessment pursuant to § 2 para. 4 BauGB.

Pursuant to § 13a para. 3 sentence 1 no. 2 in conjunction with § 3 para. 1 BauGB, the public is given the opportunity from 25.01.2023 up to and including 27.02.2023 to inform themselves at the City of Bocholt in the Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 52-58, 46395 Bocholt during the display hours about the general objectives and purposes of the planning, substantially differing solutions that may be considered for the redesign or development of an area, as well as the major effects of the planning and to comment on the planning.

Comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the decision-making process on the development plan.

Notice:
In due course, a further public participation, the public display according to § 13a para. 2 in conjunction with §§ 13 para. 2 and 3 BauGB, will also be carried out after announcement in the Bocholter Borkener Volksblatt. During the public display, you can also check whether your concerns have been sufficiently taken into account and, if necessary, submit a (further) statement.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 08.00 - 12.30 hrs.
afternoons:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 14.00 - 17.00 hrs.
