Bruno Wansing has been with the city of Bocholt for 40 years

The city of Bocholt congratulates Bruno Wansing on his 40th anniversary of service.

Born in Münster in 1966 and raised in Gemen, he began his training as a city inspector with the city of Borken in 1985. On 1 March 1989, he moved to the city of Bocholt, where he continues to work in a wide variety of roles to this day.

He took on his first tasks in what was then the Office for Public Order before moving to what was then the Press and Information Office. There, he played a key role in setting up the city's first website, the digital citizen service and the city's social media presence.

He has been head of the Integration Office since 2021 and has worked hard to create new structures, network associations and cultures and build important bridges in urban society.

The city of Bocholt would like to congratulate Bruno Wansing on his 40th anniversary of service and thank him for his commitment.
