Photo competition: Deadline extended until 26 April

Hobby photographers can still submit their motifs for the photo competition for the Senior Citizens' Fair 2023 until 26 April. The motto is: "In the midst of life and always in the thick of it".
It doesn't have to be professional photos with a camera, snapshots with a mobile phone are also allowed, says the city of Bocholt.
The focus is on the motif and the moment. Snapshots matching the motto can be uploaded to www.bocholt.de/fotowettbewerb until 26 April. The best photo will be selected and awarded a prize by a jury consisting of representatives of the seniors' advisory council and representatives of the city of Bocholt.
The winning snapshot will then be used on posters, flyers and the homepage of the city of Bocholt in connection with the fair. In addition, the winner will receive a prize in the form of 15 Bocholt talers worth 150 euros. The winner's prize will be presented during the stage programme at the Senior Citizens' Fair.
