Information event: Healthcare proxy and living will

As part of the "Wohnen im Alter" campaign weeks, the city of Bocholt is offering an information event on 22 May together with the Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen on the topic of "Vorsorge treffen - Vorsorgevollmacht und Patientenverfügung".
The event will provide information on self-determined and early precautions that can be of great importance in the event of a loss of decision-making capacity in personal matters due to illness or an accident.
Participation in the event is free of charge and takes place at 3.30 pm in the St. Georg parish hall (Sankt-Georg-Platz 1). Please register by telephone on 953-2349 or -2350. Further events and information on the campaign weeks can be found at www.bocholt.de.
