FW Bocholt: Workshop burns to the ground - Bocholt fire brigade deployed on a large scale

At 03:58, the Bocholt fire brigade was alerted by the automatic fire alarm system of a company in the Bocholt industrial estate. When the fire brigade arrived, the hall complex was fully engulfed in flames. The fire was fought comprehensively with two turntable ladders, each with a turning pipe, a B-pipe and 5 C-pipes. The water supply was secured via a nearby extinguishing water well and hydrants. The comprehensive extinguishing operation prevented the fire from spreading to the neighbouring part of the hall.

The fire brigade was deployed with 6 fire engines, two turntable ladders and a total of 50 firefighters until the early hours of the morning.
