FW Bocholt: Machine fire in hardening shop
FW Bocholt (ots) -
On Tuesday evening, shortly after 11 p.m., the fire brigade deployed 27 full-time and volunteer firefighters in 6 vehicles to a machine fire in an industrial plant on Schaffeldstraße. Some mobile fire extinguishers with special extinguishing agents required by the fire prevention regulations could be used, so that water damage was avoided. The firefighters, wearing heavy breathing apparatus, were able to quickly bring the fire under control. The fire brigade's efforts prevented the fire from spreading.
