How do I negotiate my (first) employment contract?

What is important when negotiating an employment contract, perhaps even your first? Bocholt's Equal Opportunities Officer Astrid Schupp invites interested women to take part in an online seminar on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, starting at 7 pm. The lecture deals with the topic of employment contracts with all important components (remuneration, overtime, time limits, vacation regulations, notice periods and reasons for termination, probationary period and references), offers tips and informs about illegal clauses. What may and must be included in employment contracts? When do I negotiate the individual components - already in the job interview or rather later? And what is not allowed in employment contracts?
