Langenbergpark in Bocholt reopened
Clean-up work continues after storm // First pitches reopened
Langenberg Park is now open to the public again. The clean-up work that became necessary after last week's storm has been completed. The city appeals to all citizens to continue to respect the remaining barriers.
After the storm event last week, the city of Bocholt closed Langenbergpark as a precautionary measure to prevent hazards from fallen trees and branches. Over the past few days, the affected areas have been intensively inspected, sources of danger removed and paths cleared again. Now that this work has been completed, the park can be used safely again.
However, the city would like to point out that temporary barriers remain in place in certain areas of the city. These are in place to protect visitors, as additional safety measures are still required or damaged trees have not been completely removed. Compliance with these closures is essential to ensure everyone's safety.
