City welcomes new residents

At the invitation of the Bocholt Economic Development Agency and on behalf of the city, seven new residents were welcomed and invited to a small welcome at the Bocholt evening market.

Managing Director Ludger Dieckhues presented the advantages and special features of the city. Everyone received Bocholt bags with information material about the city and the surrounding area as well as drinks vouchers for the popular evening market in front of the historic town hall.

They then went on a guided tour of the city with "Kiepenkerl" Jörg Honsel, who shared interesting facts about the city's history and sights.

Welcoming new citizens is part of Bocholt's welcoming culture. Motto: Strong city - strong community - strong brand!
