Bocholt water fun - PlayFountain

Set-up begins on Tuesday afternoon

Tomorrow, Tuesday 24 June, the construction of Bocholt's popular water fun begins on the market square in front of the historic town hall. Firstly, the base of the water play area will be set up in the afternoon. The actual construction and installation of the water play area will then follow on Wednesday morning.

The "PlayFountain" will be officially put into operation and opened in time for the evening market on Thursday 26 June at 5 pm .

The water fun in the middle of the market square then invites you to play, refresh and linger in hopefully sunny weather until 27 July.

For the safety of children and families, Königstraße will be closed to traffic during this period.

Various game programmes are offered

The water fountains of the play fountain are programmable and offer a variety of interactive games. Children - and adults too - generally discover the various play options quite intuitively. Games such as "Racing Cars" or "Labyrinth" provide lots of fun for young and old alike and a chance to cool off in the summer temperatures.
