Bike Art - The bicycle exhibition in Bocholt city centre.

Bocholt is a cycling city! This has now been proven once again. Shortly after the launch of the "Bike Art" campaign, the first batch of 30 bikes was already fully booked. Due to the high demand, Stadtmarketing has organised more bikes, which will be transformed into works of art by schools, kindergartens, friends, families, day care centres for the elderly, clubs and many, many others until the exhibition in the city centre from 11 - 28 September.

"It's great that the campaign has been so well received and we are looking forward to seeing the creative results", says Ludger Dieckhues, Managing Director of Stadtmarketing Bocholt. And Maren Weitauer, project manager at City Marketing, explains that unfortunately there are currently no more bikes available. "We are currently working on organising more bikes and already have a waiting list. However, this list is already full and capacities in the city centre are limited. We are therefore unfortunately unable to accept any more registrations. But of course, everyone is invited to come and see the certainly extraordinary works of art of our bicycle city Bocholt in September."
