City library now offers ePayment

From now on, readers of the library can also pay their fees online, including open annual fees, late fees and reservations. This allows fees to be paid even during holidays and closed days, thus reactivating the user account, the city of Bocholt informs.

Library users now have the option of conveniently paying outstanding annual fees, late fees and reservations online. After logging in under "My Account", it is sufficient to select the "Fees" tab and a "Pay" button will appear.

Readers have the option of paying the total outstanding fees as well as making a partial payment. For this purpose, the options giropay, PayPal and Sepa direct debit are available for payment.

Convenient payment from home

The new service offers the possibility of both independently renewing the reader pass online and quickly and easily settling the fees in one's own user account around the clock, seven days a week.

This means that fees can also be paid during holidays and on closed days, thus reactivating the user account. This is particularly attractive for users of the "muensterload" online library, as they can renew their library card, for example, from their respective vacation country or from other faraway places and no longer have to appear in person at the main branch of the municipal library.
