Funding for special bikes
Finally being able to participate in cycling yourself!
The city of Bocholt also supports citizens with disabilities or assistance needs in the purchase of a suitable special bicycle.
Requirements:
- It must be a tricycle or a special bike for the transport of another person,
- it must be possible to present a disabled person's pass and
- the bicycle must be purchased from a specialised dealer in Germany.
The amount of support is
- one-off 30 per cent of the purchase price,
- up to a maximum of 2,500 euros.

Travelling by bike is part of the quality of life in Bocholt, fun outdoor exercise, everyday and leisure enjoyment - hopefully for a few more people in the future.
