BAFA - Promotion of management consultancies for SMEs

The federal programme "Promotion of Management Consultancies for SMEs" promotes consultancies for small and medium-sized enterprises. Companies can receive advice from qualified consultants on all economic, financial, personnel and organisational questions of business management. Likewise, enterprises in difficulty receive a consultancy grant on all issues relating to the restoration of performance and competitiveness.

Consultations on all economic, financial, organisational and personnel-related questions of business management

• General counselling
• Special consultations
• Consultations on securing the future of the enterprise

Funding framework

• Type of support = grant
• the subsidy amounts to 50 % of the assessment basis (for start-ups = € 4,000; for existing enterprises = € 3,000); for enterprises in difficulty subsidy of 90 %.
• Scope: max. 5 days for existing enterprises
• No subsidy for turnover tax
