Richie Arndt is back in Bocholt! Anyone who experienced Richie Arndt's programme "MISSISSIPPI - A Journey to the Deep South of the USA" live a few years ago will be excited to see the continuation of this unique live programme.

With his new show "Tennessee & Alabama", the multi-award-winning guitarist, singer and songwriter Richie Arndt is bringing his new and unique project to German stages: A multimedia audio-visual reportage that combines music, images and stories from his one-man road trip to the southern states of the USA in 2023.

Much more than a concert: an atmospheric road movie on stage!

Accompanied by expressive photographs, video sequences and stories projected onto a screen, the result is a captivating mixture of live music and documentary travelogue: an insight into the USA that reaches far deeper into the soul of this country than the headlines that currently dominate the media.

The journey is the destination...

Along the way are the well-known metropolises of American music, such as Memphis and Nashville, but also many smaller and lesser-known stops along the way, about which there are exciting things to report. Richie Arndt talks about people and places, about the history of music, about encounters on the road - and finds songs along the way, which he presents live: very personally interpreted classics played with rousing guitar artistry and performed with Richie's sensitive voice... Goosebumps guaranteed! The sound ranges from Delta Blues, Country, Soul, Southern Rock to Americana influences and Jazz!

Tennessee & Alabama - Songs Along The Road #2 is an experience for the ears, eyes and heart - an evening that gets under your skin, invites you to dream and at the same time celebrates the deep roots of one of the world's greatest musical traditions.
