How do you become an adoptive or foster family?

Becoming a family - giving children a new home and enabling shared family experiences

More and more children are no longer able to live with their parents for various reasons. For this reason, we are constantly looking for adoptive and foster families who can offer children a safe place to live with stable structures.

An information evening on this topic will take place on Tuesday, 11 February 2025 from 7 p.m. at the office of the Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen (SkF), Langenbergstraße 18 in Bocholt. (Registration is requested)

The information evening is aimed at all individuals and couples who are thinking about giving a child a new home or who are interested in the process of taking in an adoptive or foster child.

In addition to this regular information evening, there is always the possibility of personal appointments and information from the SkF Bocholt counsellors in individual contacts. Interested parties are requested to contact the specialist service for adoption placement and foster child support.
