The youth leader card (Juleica) is the nationwide uniform ID for voluntary work in youth work. It serves as legitimisation and proof of qualification for the holders.
In Bocholt, Juleica holders receive discounts on tickets to events in which the City of Bocholt is a co-organiser.

Application for a certificate of good conduct
Volunteers in youth work must present an extended certificate of good conduct. Using the following form, the associations can apply for such a certificate of good conduct free of charge for each volunteer at the citizens' office of the city of Bocholt.
